Welcome to Residential Housing at Lincoln Memorial University!
Transitioning to on-campus living can be an extremely influential part of the college experience. It provides the opportunity to learn from others, build community, and create a sense of independence. In our office, we want to make sure that our students have the best experience possible.
This housing portal is designed for you to complete a Housing Application, select a meal plan, and view your current housing information.
Incoming - Undergraduate Students Within the housing application, first-year, incoming undergraduate and graduate/professional students, or students that do not currently reside in the dorm can select their dorm preference, select their meal plan, sign the housing agreement and acknowledgement form, and pay the housing deposit.The housing application for incoming students will open on March 23, 2026.
Returning Undergraduate students will complete lottery assignments. The lottery process will open on February 16, 2026. Students will have until March 1, 2026 to login and choose to return to the same room, or enter the lottery to select a new room assignment. Room assignment selections will open **March 9, 2026 ** based on seniority.
Please note that while you may choose to remain in your current dorm, a member of the Residential Housing team may relocate you to a compatible dorm if the need arises
If your current dorm is unavailable, you will choose to enter the lottery. You can email housing@lmunet.edu asking to be placed on a waiting list for your preferred dorm is not available during the lottery selection. All request must be sent via email
Athletes The Residential Housing team is working with your coach to place you in residential housing. You will still be required to login to the LMU Housing Portal to select your meal plan, sign the Housing Agreement, sign the Acknowledgment Form, and pay the housing deposit if still outstanding.
Incoming Graduate Students Within the housing application, ** graduate/professional students** can select their dorm preference, select their meal plan (optional), sign the housing agreement and acknowledgement form, and pay the housing deposit.The housing application for incoming graduate students will open on February 16, 2026. Please note that incoming students will not receive room confirmations until after 3/23/2026.
Returning Graduate Students can login to the portal and choose to return to Residential Housing. The application process will open on February 16, 2026. Students will have until March 23, 2026 to login and choose to return to the same room. Room assignment selections for incoming students will open on **March 23, 2026 **. Your current placement is not guaranteed after this date.
